2. Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free SF Express shipping for single orders totaling HK$250 or more. For orders under HK$250, a flat shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.

3. Delivery Arrangements for Remote Areas (Please Note)

All our orders are delivered via SF Express. For remote areas within Hong Kong, we will follow SF Express's delivery schedule, which may result in additional delays, but no additional surcharge for remote areas will be applied. For the definition of remote areas and specific delivery times, please refer to SF Express's official website for the latest announcements. 4. Delivery Time

After confirming your order and payment, we generally arrange shipment within 1 to 5 business days. The actual delivery time depends on SF Express's arrangements, usually 1 to 3 business days after shipment. Remote areas may require additional time; please refer to SF Express's official information for details. During public holidays and adverse weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), delivery services may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

6. Receipt Notice
