1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Macau. For other regions or countries, please contact customer service for inquiries.

2. Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free SF Express shipping for single orders totaling HK$250 or more. For orders under HK$250, a flat shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged.

3. Delivery Arrangements for Remote Areas (Please Note)

All our orders are delivered via SF Express. For remote areas within Hong Kong, we will follow SF Express's delivery schedule, which may result in additional delays, but no additional surcharge for remote areas will be applied. For the definition of remote areas and specific delivery times, please refer to SF Express's official website for the latest announcements. Common remote areas include, but are not limited to: • Outlying Islands: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island (excluding Tung Chung, Airport, and Disneyland), Mui Wo, Tai O, etc. • Parts of New Territories: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc. • Parts of Hong Kong Island: Stanley, Shek O, etc. Note: The definition of remote areas is subject to SF Express's official announcement. If you are unsure whether your address is considered a remote area, please contact us for inquiries before placing an order.

4. Delivery Time

After confirming your order and payment, we generally arrange shipment within 1 to 5 business days. The actual delivery time depends on SF Express's arrangements, usually 1 to 3 business days after shipment. Remote areas may require additional time; please refer to SF Express's official information for details. During public holidays and adverse weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), delivery services may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

5. Order Tracking

After shipment, we will send you an SF Express tracking number via email, allowing you to check the shipping status of your package at any time.

• Please inspect the appearance of the goods immediately upon receipt to ensure they are intact. • If you find obvious damage to the packaging or signs of tampering, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and take photos for record. • Please note that if external damage to the product is found after signing for receipt, it may be considered artificial damage.
